How do I check the status of my order?

My order is complete. How do I schedule pickup?

When your order is complete, we will contact you to let you know it's ready for pickup. At that time, we'll arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

I still have an outstanding balance. Can I pay before pickup?

Yes. Please contact us if you have questions about your balance or payment options before your scheduled pickup.

Custom Engraving

Do you still offer custom engraving?

Yes. We continue to offer custom engraving on many items available in our showroom, including a selection of gifts and keepsakes.

Please contact us or stop by the store to discuss your project.

Can I bring in my own item for engraving?

Yes. We engrave many customer-provided items, but acceptance depends on the material, condition, and suitability for engraving. We'll be happy to review your item and let you know if it can be engraved safely.

Crystal & China Repair

Are you accepting new crystal or china repair orders?

No. We are not accepting new crystal or china repair orders at this time.

If you have an existing repair order, please contact us if you have questions or would like a status update. We will also contact you when your repair is complete and arrange a convenient pickup time.

Non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
