House of Crystal began in 1969 when Robert Joe Gaines Sr. opened a small engraving business in Greenville, South Carolina. Built on the principles of craftsmanship, integrity, and personal service, the business earned a reputation for creating meaningful keepsakes for generations of families throughout the Upstate.
